A fire was contained on 28 July 2020

On July 28, 2020, in the evening, a fire was discovered on the territory of the 129th quarter of the Naurzum forestry, the Naurzum gas processing plant. The forces and means of the Naurzum GPP were thrown into the fight against the fire element. On July 28, 2020, the forces and means of the Kostanay aviation department were additionally pulled together to fight the fire. The fire was localized over an area of 71.6 hectares (reeds).
