On March 12, 2024, employees of environmental and forest institutions of the Karaganda and Ulytau regions took training courses in Astana on the basis of the training center of the M. Gulullin Academy of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On the second day of training, the students of the courses were told аbout:

1. Methods, techniques and features of extinguishing certain types of fires. Extinguishing grass-roots fires under the forest canopy. Extinguishing fires in forest areas uncovered by the forest (on cluttered felling, burning, wind towers). Extinguishing horse fires. Extinguishing spotted fires. Extinguishing soil fires. Extinguishing forest fires in the mountains. Steppe fire extinguishing technologies. Fire extinguishing and fire extinguishing;

2. General Health and Safety Regulations. Admission to extinguishing forest fires. Safety requirements for the delivery of forest fire teams. Rest and overnight stay in fire extinguishing areas;

3. Fire Reconnaissance Safety, Fire Fighting Plan, and Personnel Training. Safety measures during edge extinguishing. Safety of works during annealing extinguishing. Safety of works during extinguishing by fire extinguishing compounds and technical means. Organization of search and rescue and evacuation measures in the fire area;

4. Training on simulators for landing in a helicopter, landing from a helicopter. Exercise - collection and departure on the signal "to the fire."

On the second day of training, the students of the courses were told about:
1. Procedure for collection, processing, transfer and storage of information. Types of operational information. Radio Rules;
2. The procedure for organizing the work of the fire extinguishing headquarters. Functional duties of the head of forest fire extinguishing, members of the operational fire extinguishing headquarters and heads of combat areas in a fire. Algorithm of interaction of services and departments in the organization of forest fire extinguishing;
3. Fire reconnaissance and preparation of initial, main and situational plans for fire extinguishing. Classification of tactical methods and techniques of fire extinguishing. The main technical methods of extinguishing forest fires.

In early March, working meetings were held at aviation departments to prepare for the upcoming fire hazardous season. During the meeting, the following topical issues were discussed:
Dates of beginning of clearing of the office building and other premises from snow;
The timing of the start of the depreservation of the aviation department;
Dates of the beginning of inspection and preparation of fire extinguishing equipment, communications and camp property;
Timing of the start of personnel preparation for the delivery of standards for physical training and training in the practice of forest fire extinguishing exercises with the deployment of fire extinguishing equipment;
The timing of the start of training of personnel for passing exams in special disciplines.
It is worth noting that the complex of preparatory measures being carried out, the availability, state of readiness of all forces and means involved in the detection and extinguishing of forest fires creates the necessary conditions for the high-quality fulfillment of the tasks assigned to the enterprise, namely, it allows timely detection and elimination of fires, as well as prevent the transition to large, threatening state forest fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
