A fire was contained on 20 July 2020

On July 20, 2020, a fire was discovered on the territory of the 39th quarter of Betagash forestry, the Naurzum gas processing plant. The forces and means of the Kostanay aviation department, the Naurzum GPP, and the DPF were thrown into the fight against the fire element. The fire was extinguished on an area of 8 hectares.
