On July 19, 2020, a fire was discovered on the territory of the 160th quarter of the Kalininsky forestry, Semiozerny KSU. The forces and means of the Kostanay aviation department and the Semiozerny KSU were thrown into the fight against the fire element. The fire was localized over an area of 0.06 hectares. In total, 15 people were involved in the localization of the fire, including 2 paratroopers-firefighters of the Kostanay aviation department, 6 pieces of equipment, and a helicopter.
