The date of the beginning of acceptance of documents at the persons applying for participation in competition is defined from the date of placement of the announcement of carrying out competition in Internet resources-16.09. Two thousand nineteen

The deadline for receiving documents is 30.09.2019.

Qualification requirements: higher education (or postgraduate) - "Forest resources and forestry", the presence of a valid certificate of the pilot-observer, work experience in the relevant profile of the organization for at least three years.

Official duties:

Manages the aviation Department of the organization;
Is responsible for decisions, safety and effective use of property;
Organizes and performs aviation protection of forests from fires and maintenance of forestry in the fixed territory of the forest Fund;
Provides performance of flights on helicopters and planes on detection and suppression of forest fires, according to production plans, tasks, " Rules of implementation of aviation works on protection and protection of forest Fund”.
As part of the crew, the aircraft performs flights on aviation patrol of forests, delivery of paratroopers-firefighters and firefighting equipment to the places of forest fires;
Organizes extinguishing forest fires from the air and on the ground, carries out General detailed forest pathology supervision;
Organizes preventive fire prevention measures, air patrol and extinguishing forest fires by existing forces, the implementation of General forest pathology supervision, ensures compliance with fire safety rules in the forests;
Ensures rational use of aircraft, fire extinguishing equipment, transport, communications;
Provides and coordinates the work of pilots-observers and instructors of the air fire team and the air fire group;
Provides scheduled preparatory work for the fire season;
Cooperates with state forest owners;
Prepares reports on the production, economic and financial activities of the aviation branch (group).

The main provisions of the rules of operation, design features of the device, the purpose of aviation equipment used in forest aviation works:
Fundamentals of Aeronautics, meteorology, aerodynamics;
The basic flight-technical and operational data of the planes and helicopters used at implementation of aviation works on protection and protection of forest Fund;
Features of service of the territory of the state forest Fund assigned to division;
Fundamentals of legislation on environmental protection;
Rules of internal labor regulations, measures for safety and labor protection;
The requirement of industrial sanitation and fire safety.

Documents required for participation in the competition:

application form in accordance with Annex No. 1 to these rules;
the questionnaire in the form, according to Appendix No. 2 to these rules;
autobiography (filled in with his own hand) in the form, according to Annex 3 to these rules;
original and copy of the identity document of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
original and copy of education documents, as well as documents confirming the nostrification procedure or recognition in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan " on education (for diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions);
the original and a copy of the document confirming labor activity certified by personnel services of the state (law enforcement) body in which the candidate works.
the original and a copy of the document confirming the passage of military service or military training in specialized organizations of the Ministry of defense for the preparation of military-trained reserve, as well as the release or postponement of conscription for military service in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on military service and status of servicemen»,

Provision of an incomplete package of documents is the basis for refusal in their consideration by the competition Commission.

Citizens at their request provide additional information relating to their education, work experience, professional level and reputation (copies of documents on professional development, awarding degrees and titles, characteristics, recommendations, scientific publications, other information characterizing their professional activities, qualifications).

Citizens submit the documents listed in points 1-9 of these Rules enclosed in a folder, by hand or by mail in the terms of acceptance of the documents specified in the announcement.

Citizens at their request submit the documents listed in paragraphs 1-9 of these Rules in electronic (scanned) form to the e-mail address specified in the announcement.

Citizens who submitted documents for participation in the competition by e-mail, submit for verification the original documents listed in paragraphs 1-9 of the Rules, not later than one working day before passing the test. In case of failure to submit the original documents listed in paragraph 1-9 of these Rules, the person is not allowed to the subsequent stages of the competition.

Contest participants and candidates may appeal the decision of the competition Commission to the authorized body in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
