The date of the beginning of acceptance of documents at the persons applying for participation in competition, is defined from the date of placement of the announcement of carrying out competition in the Internet resources-16.09. Two thousand nineteen

Official duties:

As part of the crew of the aircraft performs flights on aviation patrol of forests, delivery of paratroopers-firefighters and firefighting equipment to the places of forest fires;
Organizes extinguishing forest fires from the air and on the ground, carries out General and detailed forest pathology supervision;
Provides scheduled preparatory work for the fire season;
Carries out maintenance work on the protection of forests, held units in the service area of forests;
Regularly inspect the unit for issues of forest protection;
As part of the crew performs flights on airplanes and helicopters as a test, aerolesopatologa or pilot-observer;
Maintains business contacts with forest management bodies, forest protection stations, Interdistrict forest pathologists;
Carries out the account of the done work and check of the reporting of divisions concerning forest protection;
Cooperates with state forest owners.

Qualification requirements:

specialist of the highest level of qualification:
higher category: higher (or postgraduate) education: "Forest resources and forestry", the presence of the certificate of the pilot-observer, experience in the position of the pilot-observer of the first category for at least three years or work experience in the specialty for at least five years;

the first category: higher education (or postgraduate) education: "Forest resources and forestry", the certificate of the pilot-observer, work experience in the post of pilot observer first category not less than three years or work experience on a speciality not less than four years;
second category: higher education (or postgraduate) education: "Forest resources and forestry", the certificate of the pilot-observer, work experience in the position of the pilot-the observer no category for at least one year or work experience on a speciality not less than three years;
without category: higher (or postgraduate) education: "Forest resources and forestry", the presence of a valid certificate of the pilot-observer, without the requirements for work experience;

Specialist of average level of qualification:

high category: technical and professional (vocational, secondary vocational) education: "Forestry, landscape gardening and landscape construction", the certificate of the pilot-observer, work experience in the post of pilot observer first category not less than three years or work experience on a speciality not less than five years;
the first category: technical and professional (vocational, secondary vocational) education: "Forestry, landscape gardening and landscape construction", the certificate of the pilot-observer, work experience in the post of pilot observer in the second category not less than three years or work experience on a speciality not less than four years;
second category: technical and professional (vocational, secondary vocational) education: "Forestry, landscape gardening and landscape construction", the certificate of the pilot-observer, work experience in the position of the pilot-the observer no category for at least one year or work experience on a speciality not less than three years;
without category: technical and professional (secondary-special, secondary-professional) education: "Forestry, garden and landscape construction", the presence of the certificate of the pilot-observer without the requirements for work experience.

Documents required for participation in the competition:

application form in accordance with Annex No. 1 to these rules;
the questionnaire in the form, according to Appendix No. 2 to these rules;
autobiography (filled in with his own hand) in the form, according to Annex 3 to these rules;
original and copy of the identity document of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
original and copy of education documents, as well as documents confirming the nostrification procedure or recognition in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan " on education (for diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions);
the original and a copy of the document confirming labor activity certified by personnel services of the state (law enforcement) body in which the candidate works.
the original and a copy of the document confirming the passage of military service or military training in specialized organizations of the Ministry of defense for the preparation of military-trained reserve, as well as the release or postponement of conscription for military service in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on military service and status of servicemen»,
photo size 4x6 (4 PCs.)
certificate of health in the form approved by the order of the acting Minister of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 27, 2010 No. 907 "on approval of forms of primary medical documentation of health care organizations" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 6697).

Provision of an incomplete package of documents is the basis for refusal in their consideration by the competition Commission.

Citizens at their request provide additional information relating to their education, work experience, professional level and reputation (copies of documents on professional development, awarding degrees and titles, characteristics, recommendations, scientific publications, other information characterizing their professional activities, qualifications).

Citizens submit the documents listed in points 1-9 of these Rules enclosed in a folder, by hand or by mail in the terms of acceptance of the documents specified in the announcement.

Citizens at their request submit the documents listed in paragraphs 1-9 of these Rules in electronic (scanned) form to the e-mail address specified in the announcement.

Citizens who submitted documents for participation in the competition by e-mail, submit for verification the original documents listed in paragraphs 1-9 of the Rules, not later than one working day before passing the test. In case of failure to submit the original documents listed in paragraph 1-9 of these Rules, the person is not allowed to the subsequent stages of the competition.

Contest participants and candidates may appeal the decision of the competition Commission to the authorized body in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
