On July 18, 2020, a fire was discovered in the Ablaykhan rural district. Due to the strong wind (14 m / s), the fire spread to the territory of the 63rd quarter of the Samarbay forestry, GU Bukpa. The forces and means of GU Bukpa, Borovsk Aviation Department and Emergency Situations Ministry were sent to fight the fire element. The fire was localized over an area of 0.7 hectares.
