INFORMATION ABOUT THE MAJOR FIRE OCCURRED ON THE TERRITORY OF ZYRYANOVSK KSU

For the seventh day, there has been a fight against a major fire that occurred on the lands of the akimat of the Katon-Karagay district and moved to the territory of 91, 92, 93 quarters of the Bykovsky forestry of the Zyryanovsky KSU. Forces and means of the Department of Emergency Situations, local akimats and forestry institutions of the East Kazakhstan region, paratroopers-firefighters of the State Enterprise "Kazavialesoohrana" were involved in extinguishing the fire. To extinguish the fire, first-class Mi-8 helicopters with a spillway device on an external sling were involved. In addition, the fire was monitored from the air. Fire extinguishing is complicated by hard-to-reach mountainous terrain, poor visibility and difficult meteorological conditions.
