On February 28, 2024, a meeting was held in the West Altai State Natural Reserve with representatives of state organizations and peasant farms to consider the results of the fire hazardous season of 2023 and plans for the fire hazardous season of 2024. During the meeting, the obligations of the parties in accordance with the Fire Safety Rules in the forests of the Republic of Kazakhstan were explained and issues related to fire prevention measures in economic facilities were agreed.
