ON MAY 23, 2022, AN EMPLOYEE OF THE ZHAMBYL AVIATION DEPARTMENT HAS HELD A PREVENTIVE LECTURE
On May 23, 2022, within the framework of the program to inform the population, the paratrooper-firefighter of the Zhambyl aviation department Durmeshev A.M. among employees of KSU "Youth Resource Center" of the department of internal policy of the akimat of the Moyinkum district of the Zhambyl region, a preventive lecture was held on the topic - "Protect the forest from fires". The participants of the lecture were familiarized with the precautions for dealing with fire in the forest, actions in case of a forest fire, actions of a person lost in the forest, compliance with sanitary standards when visiting forests.
PROTECT THE FOREST FROM FIRES!
Natural fire is a serious danger to people and animals. What to do if you notice a natural fire? A fire that starts can be put out on its own. To do this, a bundle of hardwood branches 1.5–2 m long is sufficient. By inflicting sliding blows on the edge of the fire from the side towards the fire and knocking down the main flame at each next blow, the bunch of branches is detained in the same place, pressed against the burning edge and twisted . This achieves cooling of combustible materials.
There is another way to put out a fire. If there is a shovel at hand, then pits or small ditches are dug along the edge of the fire, the soil from which is thrown into the lower part of the flame. First, the fire is knocked down, then, having stopped the fire, they are again poured on its edge.

The width of the cleared strip should be at least 0.5 m. If there is a reservoir near the place of fire, then water is the most effective means of extinguishing the fire.
If it is not possible to put out the fire, quickly leave the danger zone to the road, clearing, wide clearing, to the bank of a river or reservoir, to the field. It is necessary to leave the forest fire zone perpendicular to the direction of fire movement and only to the windward
side. If it is not possible to escape from a fire, enter a body of water or cover your head and upper body with wet clothing. If you are in open space or
clearing, breathe the air near the ground, while covering your mouth and nose with a cotton-gauze or damp cloth. Always remember that any fire is much easier to prevent than to eliminate.
In order to prevent fire in the natural environment, it is prohibited:
- Make fires, use braziers, other devices for cooking;
- Smoking, throwing burning matches, cigarette butts, shaking out hot ashes;
- Shoot from weapons, use pyrotechnic products;
- Leave cleaning material oiled or impregnated with gasoline, kerosene and other combustible substances in the forest;
- Refuel the tanks of running internal combustion engines, bring equipment with a faulty engine power system to work, as well as smoke or use open flames near vehicles refueling;
- Burn grass, as well as stubble in the fields.
Be vigilant when going out into nature. While in the forest, do not light fires at a picnic! Don't let children play with fire!

ON MAY 22, 2022 STAFF OF THE PAVLODAR AVIATION DEPARTMENT DETECTED A FIRE
On May 22, 2022, during an aviation patrol, employees of the Pavlodar aviation department discovered a fire in the 90th quarter of the Maykaragay forestry of the Beskaragay branch. Paratroopers-firefighters of the Pavlodar aviation department and employees of the ground forest guard with equipment were landed at the fire site to extinguish the fire and prevent its further spread. Thanks to the coordinated actions of all services, the fire was localized and eliminated.
ON MAY 21, 2022 STAFF OF THE AKMOLA AVIATION DEPARTMENT DETECTED A FIRE
On May 21, 2022, during an aviation patrol, employees of the Akmola aviation department discovered a fire in the 111th quarter of the Burlinsky forestry of Otradnensky KSU. Paratroopers-firefighters of the Akmola aviation department and employees of the ground forest guard with equipment were sent to the fire site to extinguish the fire and prevent its further spread. ON MAY 21, 2022 STAFF OF THE AKMOLA AVIATION DEPARTMENT DETECTED A FIRE
On May 21, 2022, during the aviation patrol, employees of the Akmola aviation department discovered a fire in the 20th quarter of the Akkol forestry of Akkol KSU. Paratroopers-firefighters of the Akmola aviation department and employees of the ground forest guard with equipment were sent to the fire site to extinguish the fire and prevent its further spread. Thanks to the coordinated actions of all services, the fire was localized and eliminated.
ON MAY 20, 2022 STAFF OF THE BAYANAUL AVIATION DEPARTMENT DETECTED A FIRE
On May 20, 2022, during the aviation patrol, employees of the Bayanaul aviation department discovered a fire in the 2nd quarter of the Bayanaul forestry of the Bayanaul SNNP. Paratroopers-firefighters of the Bayanaul aviation department and employees of the ground forest guard were delivered to the fire site by helicopter to extinguish the fire and prevent its further spread.
In addition to the fire site, water was delivered by helicopter. Extinguishing the fire was complicated by the hard-to-reach mountainous terrain. Thanks to the coordinated actions of all services, the fire was localized and eliminated.
