"KAZAKH BASE FOR AVIATION PROTECTION OF FORESTS AND FOREST SERVICE"
Regular site version
Forests on the territory of Kazakhstan are unique in their composition and diversity of flora and fauna. They grow plants and living animals listed in the Red Book of Kazakhstan. Forests are a powerful climate regulator, the main factor in preserving the environment, and the source of our health.
Unfortunately, the threat of forest and steppe fires hangs over them every year. According to statistics, 95% of forest fires are human-caused. The reasons are careless handling of fire, uncontrolled burning of dry grass and straw on agricultural land, making fires, performing fire hazardous work in the forest. A sharp increase in the number of prerequisites for the occurrence of forest fires is observed during the period of picking mushrooms and berries. Rest in the forest becomes a disaster for nature and a huge problem for forest workers. In most cases, fire comes to the forest from fields and meadows, from roads, resting places for fishermen, hunters, citizens resting on the banks of reservoirs.
Dear countrymen! When in the forest, be especially vigilant! Any carelessness in handling fire can turn into a disaster for you, for other people, for the forest and its inhabitants. What nature has been creating for centuries can die in a fire in a few hours!
Don't be indifferent! Remember that only by joint efforts will we save our unique forest for ourselves and for our children!
We appeal to all residents and guests of our region:
Observe fire safety measures when you are in the forest and the territory adjacent to it. Refrain from visiting forests during periods of dry and windy weather until a stable green cover is established.
We appeal to the villagers, agricultural workers:
Prevent providence from uncontrolled burning on agricultural land.
We appeal to railway workers, motorists, road workers:
Eliminate cases of fires from moving vehicles, ensure fire safety at subordinate facilities, clean roadside lanes from debris and dry vegetation.
We appeal to citizens working in the forest, hunters, fishermen, and gatherers of wild plants:
Be careful when in the forest. Avoid burning dry grass and shrubs. Remember - this will lead to a forest fire, and fighting forest fires in some places is extremely difficult, and sometimes simply impossible.
We appeal to educators, teachers, educators and youth:
Intensify the work on the environmental education of children, involve them in various activities aimed at protecting nature.
We appeal to tourists, lovers of relaxation and walks in the forest:
While enjoying being in the forest, protect it from fire. Know that even a shard of glass can focus the sun's rays and start a forest fire. Do not litter recreation areas, remember the need to comply with fire safety rules and sanitary rules of the forest.
If a forest fire is discovered, immediately take measures to extinguish it, and if it is impossible to extinguish the fire on your own, inform the forestry workers, the local administration or the republican dispatch service about it by phone number: 8 7272718146.
