On April 30, 2019 within the framework of the program for informing the population with an instructor of the APG of the Ust-Kamenogorsk aviation department, M.V. Vorobyov among the workers of LLP "Dugo" a preventive lecture was held on the topic: "Compliance with fire safety rules in the forest." Employees of the company were familiarized with precautionary measures when handling fire in the forest, actions to detect a forest fire, and the rules of compliance with sanitary standards when visiting a forest.

On April 30, 2019 in the framework of the program on informing the population with an instructor of the agro-industrial complex of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Aviation Division, Azhmagiev E.A. among the workers of the computer company LLP "BIZKOM" a preventive lecture was held on the topic: "Observance of fire safety rules in the forest". Employees of the company were familiarized with precautionary measures when handling fire in the forest, actions to detect a forest fire, and the rules of compliance with sanitary standards when visiting a forest.

May 4, 2019 fire was extinguished
On May 4, 2019 a fire broke out that arose in the territory of 146 quarters of Leykovsky Forestry, RSU "Sandyktau DEPH". Strong wind, high temperatures and the presence of dead wood contributed to the rapid spread of fire. The forces and means of the Kokshetau aviation department, the ground forest guard, and the fire brigade number 17 were thrown into the fight against fire elements. The elimination of a fire involved a helicopter, an observer pilot, 8 paratroopers of the Kokshetau aviation department, 13 fire fighting ground forces, 4 units of equipment. After a long and hard struggle with fire, the fire was extinguished on an area of 11.9 hectares.
On May 4, 2019 a steppe fire was discovered by employees of the Zhambyl aviation department
On May 4, 2019 during the air patrolling of the territory protected by the Zhambyl Aviation Division, a steppe fire was discovered on the territory of the state reserve lands (buffer zone) adjacent to the state forest fund.
To the site of fire from a helicopter, paratroopers-firefighters were disembarked to extinguish the fire and prevent its further spread. After a long and persistent struggle, the fire was localized and eliminated in all directions. To eliminate the fire, the following were involved: helicopter, pilot-observer, 4 paratrooper-fire Zhambyl aviation department. Fire area 3 ha.
May 3, 2019 Bayanaul Aviation Division took part in the inspection of institutions and departments responsible for organizing the extinguishing of large forest fires
On May 3, 2019 the Bayanaul Aviation Branch took part in the inspection of institutions and units of the Bayanaul District responsible for organizing the extinguishing of large forest fires in the territory of the Bayanaul State National Natural Park. During the event, the equipment and readiness of organizations for emergency response (large forest fires) was checked. The following persons took part in the review: Bayanaul emergency department, Bayanaul SNNP, Bayanaul fire station number 24, Bayanaul aviation department of the State Enterprise "Kazavialesookhrana", Bayanaul internal affairs department, Bayanaul distribution zone, Bayanaul regional hospital. The inspection was organized by the district department of emergency situations, according to the Plan of attracting forces and means for extinguishing forest fires on the lands of Bayanaul SNNP.
The forces and facilities of the fire brigade and rescue units, other forces and equipment are attracted when a state of emergency is introduced in the region or a corresponding municipal region or when there are a number of forest fires that cannot be extinguished by forest fire formations on their own.
Fire extinguishing actions begin from the moment of receiving a fire alarm message and are considered completed when the units return to the place of permanent deployment, bring the guard on duty and equipment to alert and include:
1. receive and process calls;
2. departure and following to the place of call (fire);
3. fire reconnaissance;
4. rescue, evacuation of people and property;
5. deployment of forces and equipment;
6. localization and elimination of combustion;
7. performance of special, emergency and rescue and emergency work in emergency response;
8. collection and return to the unit.
It is worth noting that actions to extinguish forest fires are carried out in accordance with fire fighting tactics, requirements of safety and labor protection rules during fire extinguishing, and can be carried out under conditions of high psychological and physical stress, increased risk, and direct danger to life and health of fire fighting participants.

On May 2, 2019 employees of the Pavlodar Aviation Branch discovered a fire
On May 2, 2019 during the air patrolling of the territory protected by the Pavlodar Aviation Division, a fire was discovered in the 39 quarter of the Beskargaysky forestry, Beskargaysky branch of the RSU SDPR "Ertis Ormany". Thanks to the joint efforts of the staff of the State Enterprise "Kazavialesookhrana" and the ground fire services, the fire was eliminated. The elimination of the fire involved: a helicopter, an observer pilot and 2 people of the aviation fire service of the State Enterprise "Kazavialesookhrana", 15 people of ground fire fighting services, 13 units of equipment. Fire area 5 ha.
On May 2, 2019 employees of the Pavlodar Aviation Branch discovered a fire
On May 2, 2019 during the air patrolling of the territory protected by the Pavlodar Aviation Division, a fire was detected in 70 and 71 blocks of the Baiymbet forestry, Beskargaysky branch of RSU SDPR "Ertis Ormany". Thanks to the joint efforts of the staff of the State Enterprise "Kazavialesookhrana" and the ground fire services, the fire was eliminated. The elimination of the fire involved: a helicopter, an observer pilot and 10 people of the aviation fire service of the State Enterprise "Kazavialesookhrana", 35 people of ground fire fighting services, 13 units of equipment. Fire area 7 ha.

On May 2, 2019 during the air patrolling of the territory protected by the Pavlodar Aviation Branch, a fire was discovered on the territory of the 114th quarter of the Setinsky forestry, Shalday branch of RSU SDPR "Ertys Ormany". Thanks to the joint efforts of the staff of the State Enterprise "Kazavialesookhrana" and the ground fire services, the fire was extinguished in a small area. The elimination of the fire involved: a helicopter, an observer pilot and 2 people of the aviation fire service of the State Enterprise "Kazavialesookhrana", 8 people of ground fire fighting services, 3 units of equipment. Fire area 0.1 ha. The cause of the fire is thunderstorm.
