On July 14, 2019 a fire was detected by the staff of the Kokshetau aviation branch
On July 14, 2019 during the air patrolling of the territory protected by the Kokshetau aviation branch, a fire was discovered in the 46th quarter of the forestry of Akan Sera, the Shalkar branch. The forces and facilities of the Kokshetau aviation branch and the Shalkar branch were thrown into the fight against the fire element. The helicopter, the head and 2 paratroopers-firemen of the Kokshetau aviation branch, 15 people of the Shalkar branch, 4 units of equipment were involved in the localization and fire prevention. Thanks to promptly taken measures, the fire was extinguished on a small area - 0.05 ha.
July 13, 2019 fire was extinguished
On July 13, 2019 there was a fire on the territory of the 35 quarter of Zhasybay forestry, Bayanaul GNPP. Forces and means of Bayanaul aviation branch, Bayanaul GNPP and local population were thrown to fight against the fire element. Extinguishing the fire was complicated by strong winds and cluttered old burning. Thanks to quickly taken measures the fire was extinguished on a small area - 0.2 hectares (old fumes). In localization and liquidation of fires were involved: helicopter, 4 commando-a fireman Bayanaul aviation branch, 12 people of Bayanaul SNNP, 4 local, 7 pieces of equipment.
On July 12, 2019 three fires were extinguished in the Bayanaul GNNP
On July 12, 2019 on the territory of Bayanaul GNPP there were three fires in mountainous terrain. Two fires occurred for an unknown reason, one due to careless handling of fire. The total area of fires was 1.1 hectares, of which covered with forest – 0.2 hectares. For the localization and elimination of fires in total were involved: a helicopter and 5 people Bayanaul aviation branch, 44 people Bayanaul GNPP, 2 people fire station № 24, 13 units of equipment. Thanks to the prompt measures taken and coordinated actions, fires were extinguished in small areas despite the difficult weather conditions.

July 12, 2019 at the Kokshetau aviation branch was held a conversation on the topic: "Prevention and prevention of corruption offenses." Senior Lieutenant Bulatov Z.O. explained the norms of the Law "On combating corruption", the norms of criminal and administrative legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on corruption offenses and responsibility for them by the representative of the IPU of the op Zerendinsky district. July 11, 2019 fire was extinguished
On July 11, 2019 there was a fire in the territory of 22-23 quarters of Galkin forestry, Shalday branch of RSU GLPR "Ertis ormany". The firefighting was abandoned, the forces and means of aviation Pavlodar branch and Altaiskogo branch. After a long and persistent struggle with the fire, the fire was extinguished on June 12 on the area of 2.4 hectares. 3 paratroopers-firefighters of the Pavlodar aviation branch, 46 people of the Shalday branch, 20 pieces of equipment were involved In the localization and elimination of the fire.

"Kazakhstan was the first among the CIS countries to develop and adopt the Law" On Combating Corruption ”, which aims to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens, ensure the national security of the Republic of Kazakhstan public functions, as well as persons equated to them, by preventing, identifying the suppression and disclosure of offenses related to corruption, eliminating their consequences and bringing those responsible to responsibly STI, defines the basic principles of the fight against corruption, establishes the types of offenses related to corruption, as well as the conditions of liability.
All government bodies and officials are obliged to fight corruption within their competence. The decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On additional measures to strengthen the fight against crime and corruption and further improve law enforcement in Kazakhstan” was adopted in order to strengthen the fight against crime and corruption, and further improve law enforcement. The Decree pays special attention to the issues of overcoming the problems of combating corruption and measures aimed at preventing its manifestations.
The law regulates social relations in the sphere of combating corruption and is aimed at the implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The goal of countering corruption is to eliminate corruption in society. Achieving the goal of countering corruption is implemented by solving the following tasks:
1) forming an atmosphere of intolerance towards corruption in society;
2) identify the conditions and causes contributing to the commission of corruption offenses, and eliminate their consequences;
3) strengthening the interaction of anti-corruption subjects;
4) the development of international cooperation in countering corruption;
5) detection, suppression, disclosure and investigation of corruption offenses.
The formation of an anti-corruption culture is an activity carried out by the subjects of the anti-corruption fight, within its competence, to preserve and strengthen the system of values in society that reflects intolerance to corruption. In order to eradicate corruption, society as a whole must fight. Only when a climate of intolerance towards corruption is created in society can one expect positive results in fighting this evil”.
