PREVENTION OF FOREST FIRES
Forests are one of the most important wealth of Kazakhstan, as they are recreational areas. Fires from a variety of natural and anthropogenic factors have a dominant negative impact on the state and dynamics of forest ecosystems, causing significant material and environmental damage to the state.
Most often forest fires occur:
- it's the fault of people who leave their fires burning, or cigarette butts in places of rest or work;
- at burning of garbage by owners of dachas and garden sites on forest edges;
- from agricultural bollards.
In rare cases, natural causes are to blame, such as a lightning strike.
What can everyone do:
Be extremely careful with fire within any natural area. To your carelessness did not cause a forest fire, follow the following rules:
- never throw matches or cigarettes that are not extinguished, do not use pyrotechnic products in the forest
- never set fire to dry grass in fields or clearings in the forest;
- never build a fire in a dry forest.
Before you build a fire, make sure that the fire pit is located on mineral soil (sand or clay), then rake the forest floor from the fire pit and around it in a radius of 0.5 m.
Before leaving, fill the fire well. After that, rake the ash and make sure that there are no smoldering coals under it, if there are, then pour again. Do not walk away from a drenched fire while smoke or steam is coming from it. About how to fill the fire take care in advance.

On September 16, 2019, specialists of the Akmola aviation branch together with representatives of the Akmola regional territorial inspection flew over the protected area in order to monitor compliance with the rules of nature management and identify violations of environmental legislation. 1 Protocol was drawn up under article 383 part 1 "Violation of fishing rules, as well as the rules of other types of use of fish resources and other aquatic animals, which does not contain signs of a criminal act".

On September 13, 2019, a fire was discovered by employees of the Karkarala aviation branch
On September 13, 2019, during air patrol of the territory protected by the Karkarala aviation branch, a fire was detected in the territory of the state reserve lands adjacent to the state forest Fund (buffer zone). There was a threat of the fire moving to the territory of Kent forestry, Karkaralinsky GNPP. Information about the fire was immediately passed to the forest owner. Thanks to the coordinated actions of the staff of the Karkaralinsk aviation branch, the Karkaralinsk GNPP and volunteer fire brigades, the fire was localized along the entire front, the threat to the state forest Fund was removed. In the localization and liquidation of the fire were involved: a helicopter and 5 paratroopers-firefighters Karkaralinsk aviation branch, 20 people Karkaralinsk GNPP, 30 people volunteer fire brigades, 8 pieces of equipment. The fire area is 40 hectares.

Qualification requirements: higher education (or postgraduate) - "Forest resources and forestry", the presence of a valid certificate of the pilot-observer, work experience in the relevant profile of the organization for at least three years.
Official duties:
- Manages the aviation Department of the organization;

- Organizes and performs aviation protection of forests from fires and maintenance of forestry in the fixed territory of the forest Fund;
- Provides performance of flights on helicopters and planes on detection and suppression of forest fires, according to production plans, tasks, " Rules of implementation of aviation works on protection and protection of forest Fund”.
- As part of the crew, the aircraft performs flights on aviation patrol of forests, delivery of paratroopers-firefighters and firefighting equipment to the places of forest fires;

- original and copy of the identity document of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- original and copy of education documents, as well as documents confirming the nostrification procedure or recognition in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan " on education (for diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions);
- the original and a copy of the document confirming labor activity certified by personnel services of the state (law enforcement) body in which the candidate works.

Citizens submit the documents listed in points 1-9 of these Rules enclosed in a folder, by hand or by mail in the terms of acceptance of the documents specified in the announcement.
Citizens at their request submit the documents listed in paragraphs 1-9 of these Rules in electronic (scanned) form to the e-mail address specified in the announcement.
Citizens who submitted documents for participation in the competition by e-mail, submit for verification the original documents listed in paragraphs 1-9 of the Rules, not later than one working day before passing the test. In case of failure to submit the original documents listed in paragraph 1-9 of these Rules, the person is not allowed to the subsequent stages of the competition.
Contest participants and candidates may appeal the decision of the competition Commission to the authorized body in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
