On September 18, 2019 during air patrol of the territory protected by Karkarala aviation branch 3 steppe fires were found. Information about the fires was immediately transferred to forest owners to take operational measures to contain and eliminate the fire.

On September 18, 2019, specialists of the Karkarala aviation branch together with representatives of the Karaganda regional territorial inspection flew over the protected area in order to monitor compliance with the rules of nature management and identify violations of environmental legislation. During the RAID, no violations of environmental legislation were revealed.

• The first category: Secondary technical and professional (secondary special, secondary professional) education in the relevant specialty (qualification) and work experience as an accountant of the second category for at least 2 years or work experience in the specialty for at least 4 years.
• The second category: Secondary technical and professional (secondary special, secondary professional) education in the relevant specialty (qualification) and work experience as an accountant for at least 1 year or work experience in the specialty for at least 3 years.
• for category: postgraduate or higher education;
• availability of the following competences: stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, orientation to the consumer of services and its informing, integrity, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, activity management.

 Official duties:
1.1. Accrual and transfer of tax and other mandatory payments to the budget, pension contributions and other payments in accordance with the legislation, funds to Finance capital investments. Calculation and transfer of wages of employees.
1.2. Providing managers, creditors, auditors and other users of financial statements with comparable and reliable accounting information in the relevant areas (areas) of accounting.
1.3.Data processing according to the working plan of accounts for the financing plan of budget programs, forms of primary documents, used for the formation of economic operations, and also forms of documents for internal accounting, is involved in determining the content of basic techniques and methods of accounting and the technology of processing accounting information, participates in carrying out economic analysis of economic-financial activities of the organization according to the accounting and reporting for the purpose of revealing inside economic of reserves, implementation of the mode of economy and measures for document circulation, in the development and implementation of advanced forms and methods of accounting based on the use of modern computer technology.
1.4. Carrying out inventories of cash and commodity-material values.
1.5. Prepares data on the material table, performs work on accounting of property, liabilities and business transactions (accounting of fixed assets, inventory, production costs, sales, results of economic and financial activities, settlements with suppliers and customers, as well as for services rendered), observes financial discipline and rational use of resources, receives and controls the primary documentation for the relevant areas of accounting and prepares them for the accounting processing, reflects on the accounts of accounting operations related to the movement of fixed assets, inventory and cash, is the accounting calculation of the cost of products (works, services), identifies sources of losses and non-production costs, prepares proposals for their prevention. Produces the closure of the relevant accounts.
1.6. Monitors the safety of accounting documents, prepares them in accordance with the established procedure for transfer to the archive.
1.7. Need to know:
 - normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of labor and accounting,
 - methodical materials on the organization of accounting of property, obligations and economic operations and reporting,
 - forms and methods of accounting,
- the order of documentary registration and reflection on accounts of accounting of the operations connected with movement of fixed assets, commodity-material values and money,
 - methods of economic analysis of economic and financial activities of the organization,
 - rules of operation of computer equipment.
The date of the beginning of acceptance of documents at the persons applying for participation in competition, is defined from the date of placement of the announcement on carrying out competition in mass media. Acceptance of documents for persons applying for participation in the competition ends after fourteen calendar days from the date of announcement of the competition in the Internet resources.
Documents required for participation in the competition:

• application form in accordance with Annex No. 1 to these rules;
• the questionnaire in the form, according to Appendix No. 2 to these rules;
• the autobiography (filled in by own hand) in the form, according to Appendix No. 3 to these rules;
• original and copy of the identity document of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• original and copy of education documents, as well as documents confirming the nostrification procedure or recognition in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan " on education (for diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions);
• the original and a copy of the document confirming labor activity certified by personnel services of the state (law enforcement) body in which the candidate works.
• The original and a copy of the document confirming the passage of military service or military training in specialized organizations of the Ministry of defense for the preparation of military-trained reserve, as well as exemption or deferment from conscription for military service in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on military service and status of servicemen»,

Citizens submit the documents listed in points 1-9 of these Rules enclosed in a folder, purposely or by mail in the terms of acceptance of the documents specified in the announcement.
Citizens at their request submit the documents listed in paragraphs 1-9 of these Rules in electronic (scanned) form to the e-mail address specified in the announcement.
Citizens who submitted documents for participation in the competition by e-mail, submit for verification the original documents listed in paragraphs 1-9 of these Rules, not later than one working day before the test. In case of failure to submit the original documents listed in paragraphs 1-9 of these Rules, the person is not allowed to the subsequent stages of the competition.
Contest participants and candidates may appeal the decision of the competition Commission to the authorized body in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On September 18, 2019, a steppe fire was detected in the adjacent territory of the state reserve lands (buffer zone) to the state forest Fund. There was a threat of transition of ignition to the territory of 20 and 26 quarters of Zhasybaysky forestry, Bayanaulsky GNPP. To help ground forces to the place of fire with the help of a helicopter was delivered and landed 3 paratroopers-firefighters with fire extinguishing equipment. Extinguishing the fire was complicated by difficult weather conditions. Thanks to the coordinated actions of employees of the Barnaul aviation branch, Bayanaul SSTP, as well as employees of the akimat, the fire was localized along the entire front, the threat to the state forest Fund was removed. In the localization and liquidation of the fire were involved: a helicopter and 3 paratroopers-firefighters Bayanaul aviation branch, 15 people Bayanaul state unitary enterprise, 17 people of the local akimat, 12 pieces of equipment. The fire area is 160 hectares.

On September 18, 2019, a steppe fire was discovered, which moved to the territory of the 46th quarter of Dolinsky forestry, Bayanaul GNPP. Forces and means of Bayanaul aviation branch and Bayanaul GNPP were thrown to fight against the fiery element. Taking into account the speed of fire spread, its intensity, area and other factors, the method of fire extinguishing was used - the organization of a counter fall. This method made it possible to stop the further spread of the fire towards the state forest Fund. The fire was localized on the area of 1904.2 hectares (of which 4.2 hectares GLF). In localization of ignition it was involved: the helicopter and 2 paratroopers-firefighters of the Barnaul aviation branch, 30 people of Bayanaul GNPP, 11 pieces of equipment.

On September 18, 2019, a steppe fire was detected in the adjacent territory of the state reserve lands (buffer zone) to the state forest Fund. There was a threat of fire transition to the territory of 174-162 quarters of Sosnovsky forestry, Morozovsky branch of RSU GLPR "Semey-Ormany". To help ground forces to the place of fire with the help of a helicopter was delivered and landed 2 paratroopers-firefighters with fire extinguishing equipment. Extinguishing the fire was complicated by strong winds. Thanks to harmonious actions of staff of Boucabeille aviation departments, Bukebay and Morozov subsidiaries and employees of a fire brigade the fire was localized along the whole front, the threat to the state forestry Fund are removed. In localization and liquidation of fires were involved: helicopter and 2 marine-fireman Bukebay aviation office, Morozov and Balabaeva branches, local fire branch, 18 units. The fire area is 150 hectares.

September 17, 2019 as part of the program to inform the population paratrooper-firefighter Kokshetau aviation branch Vashchenko EV among employees of LLP "agro Peasant Yard" was held a preventive lecture on fire topics. During the lecture, the participants were acquainted with the precautions when handling fire in the territory of the GLF, actions when detecting a forest fire, the rules of compliance with sanitary norms when visiting the forest.

On September 17, 2019 during air patrol of the territory protected by Pavlodar aviation branch the fire in the territory of the 13th quarter of Sadykashchinsky forestry, Shaldaysky branch of RSU GLPR "Ertis ormany" was found. The forces and means of the Pavlodar aviation branch and the Shaldai branch were thrown into the fight against the fiery element. In the localization and liquidation of the fire were involved: a helicopter and 8 paratroopers-firefighters Pavlodar aviation branch, 15 people Shalday branch, 5 pieces of equipment. Thanks to quickly taken measures the fire was liquidated on the small area - 0.75 hectares.

On September 17, 2019, a fire was discovered on the territory of the 9th quarter of Taybogar forestry, Beskaragai branch of RSU GLPR "Ertis Ormany". Forces and means of Pavlodar aviation branch and Beskaragai branch were thrown to fight against the fiery element. 5 paratroopers-firefighters of Pavlodar aviation branch, 8 people of Beskaragai branch, 2 units of equipment were involved in localization and liquidation of fire. Thanks to quickly taken measures the fire was liquidated on the small area-0.001 hectares.
