"KAZAKH BASE FOR AVIATION PROTECTION OF FORESTS AND FOREST SERVICE"

ON JANUARY 15, 2024, ALMATY HOSTED TRAINING COURSES FOR EMPLOYEES OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND FOREST INSTITUTIONS

On January 15, 2024, employees of environmental and forest institutions of Almaty, Zhambyl and Zhetysu regions were trained in Almaty on the basis of the training center of the M. Gullin Academy of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On the first day of training, the students of the courses were told аbout:

1. Classification of forest fires, conditions of occurrence and development of forest fires;

2. General concepts of fire prevention in forests. Fire barriers classifications. Creating protective fire bands by controlled annealing. Regulation of the work of forest fire services. Determining the location of a forest fire using navigation instruments and a forest plantation plan;

3. Communication system organizations. Types and means of communication. Principles of VHF radio stations operation. Tactical and technical characteristics of radio stations used in forestry. Procedure for collection, processing, transfer and storage of information. Types of operational information. Radio Exchange Rules;

4. Fire investigation and preparation of initial, main and situational plans for fire extinguishing. Classifications of tactical methods and techniques of fire extinguishing. The main technical methods of extinguishing forest fires.

ON JANUARY 15, 2024 AKTOBE HOSTED TRAINING COURSES FOR EMPLOYEES OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND FOREST INSTITUTIONS

 

On January 15, 2024, employees of environmental and forest institutions of Aktobe, Atyrau, West Kazakhstan and Mangistau regions underwent training courses in Aktobe on the basis of the training center of the M. Gulullin Academy of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On the first day of training, the students of the courses were told аbout:

1. Classification of forest fires, conditions of occurrence and development of forest fires;

On January 15, 2024, employees of environmental and forest institutions of the Kyzylorda and Turkestan regions underwent training courses in Shymkent on the basis of the training center of the M. Gulullin Academy of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On the first day of training, the students of the courses were told аbout:

1. Classification of forest fires, conditions of occurrence and development of forest fires;

Gulullin Academy of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On the first day of training, the students of the courses were told аbout:

On January 15, 2024, Astana hosted training courses for employees of environmental and forest institutions of the Karaganda and Ulytau regions on the basis of the training center of the M.Gabdullin Academy of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On the first day of training, the students of the courses were told аbout:
1. Classification of forest fires, conditions of occurrence and development of forest fires;
2. General concepts of fire prevention in forests. Fire barriers classifications. Creating protective fire bands by controlled annealing. Regulation of the work of forest fire services. Determining the location of a forest fire using navigation instruments and a forest plantation plan;

ON JANUARY 15, 2024, TRAINING COURSES FOR EMPLOYEES OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND FOREST INSTITUTIONS STARTED ON THE BASIS OF TRAINING CENTERS OF THE ACADEMY OF CIVIL PROTECTION NAMED AFTER M.GABDULLIN MINISTRY OF EMERGENCIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

On January 15, 2024, training courses for employees of environmental and forest institutions started on the basis of training centers of the M.Gabdullin Academy of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The goal of the program is to obtain new competencies for professional activities in the field of extinguishing wildfires. The courses will cover sections on forest fires and features of their development, fire prevention, communication and information support, technology for extinguishing forest fires, methods, techniques and features of extinguishing certain types of fires, etc. From January 15 to March 20, more than 2,000 students will take part in the courses. Courses are held in the following cities: Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Aktobe, Kokshetau and Ust-Kamenogorsk. As teachers, observer pilots and inspector of the LPS RGKP "Kazavialesoohrana" participate in the program.
ON JANUARY 11, 2024, A MEETING WAS HELD TO DISCUSS PROBLEMATIC ISSUES IN THE COMPANY'S ACTIVITIES

On January 11, 2024, under the leadership of the Acting Chairman of the Committee for Forestry and Wildlife Turgambayev D.G., a meeting was held with the participation of the General Director of the RGKP "Kazavialesoohrana" Aliyev T.T., heads of services and departments of the central office and observer pilots. On the agenda were problematic issues in the activities of the enterprise, during the meeting special attention was paid to issues related to ensuring aviation work on the protection and protection of the forest fund in 2024.

IN THE PERIOD FROM 1 TO 10 APRIL 1 FOREST AND AVIATION WORK WAS CARRIED OUT

During the air patrol, radio communications with forestries and inspectors of the KSU were checked, as well as the numbering of cordons. The condition of fire lanes and roads was inspected. The situation after the spring annealings was clarified.
