In accordance with the requirements of the "Rules of fire safety in the forests of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1) to make fires in young coniferous stands, old burnt forests, in areas of damaged forest (windblow, windbreak), felling areas with the presence of felling residues and harvested wood, in places with dried grass, as well as under tree crowns;

2) throw burning matches, cigarette butts and shake hot ash out of smoking pipes;

3) to use wads from flammable or smoldering materials when hunting;

4) leave the cleaning material impregnated with fuels and lubricants in places not specially provided for this;

5) refuel fuel tanks while the internal combustion engines are running, use cars with a faulty engine power system, and also smoke or use open fires near cars fueled with fuel.

It is not allowed to conduct annealing of herbaceous vegetation on all categories of land, except for controlled annealing on the territory of the forest fund and adjacent territories, carried out by forest owners in order to reduce the fire hazard.

In other places, bonfires are made on sites bordered by a mineralized strip at least four meters wide. The bonfire is thoroughly covered with earth or filled with water until decay is completely stopped.
