On September 21, 2020, a steppe fire was discovered on the territory adjacent to the Temnoborskoye forestry, SNPP "Burabay". Because of the strong wind, the fire spread to the territory of the 121st quarter of the Temnoborsky forestry, State Scientific and Production Enterprise "Burabay". The forces and means of the State Scientific and Production Enterprise "Burabay", the Borovsk aviation department and Emergency Situations Ministry were sent to fight the fire element. The fire was localized over an area of 6 hectares.
