On September 20, 2020, 2 steppe fires were discovered with a threat to the Kent forestry, Karkaralinsky SNPP. The forces and means of the Karkaralinsk aviation department and the Karkaralinsk SNPP were thrown into the fight against the fire element. Thanks to the coordinated actions of all services, the fires were localized, the threat to the State Forest Fund was removed.
