On April 22, 2020, employees of the Akmola aviation branch, together with a representative of KSU "Kenessky FDA" in the person of Deputy Director Gazetov V.Yu. a round-trip of the protected area was carried out. During air patrolling, a forest fire was discovered that crossed the territory of the 66th quarter of the Kuzgan forestry, KSU "Kenessky FDA" from the territory of the lands of the Novorybinsky rural district.

The forces and means of the Akmola aviation branch and KSU "Kenessky FDA" were thrown into the fight against the fire element. The localization and elimination of the fire involved: a helicopter, 6 paratroopers-firefighters of the Akmola aviation branch, 15 people at Kensu KMF and 5 pieces of equipment. The fire was eliminated on an area of 0.5 ha.
