March 17, 2020 in the State Enterprise "Kazavialesoohrana" was the certification of civil servants. Certification of civil servants is carried out in order to determine the level of compliance of knowledge and qualifications of employees with the qualification characteristics for the position they occupy and (or) the qualification category for which they apply. The main evaluation criterion for certification is the ability of civil servants to fulfill their responsibilities. The certification commission included: the chairman - general director A. A. Kesimbaev, members of the commission - deputy general director A. K. Amanov, chief accountant A.S. Tulepbergenova, head of the legal department Ibraev Z.O., head of human resources department Almabaev S.K.

The following tests took part in the certification tests: flight commanders, LPS inspector, public procurement manager, mechanic, human resources inspector, head of the ACS, legal adviser, inspector engineer, heads of aviation departments, observer pilots.

Service managers provided a brief description of the employees undergoing certification, noting their professional skills and personal qualities. Civil servants of the State Enterprise "Kazavialesoohrana" passed certification successfully.
