On October 6, 2022, a fire was discovered on the territory of the 22nd quarter of the Stepnogorsk forestry of the Stepnogorsk KSU. Paratroopers-firefighters of the Akmola aviation department, employees of the ground forest guard and emergency personnel with equipment were sent to the place of the fire to extinguish the fire and prevent its further spread.
