ON APRIL 21, 2022, THE DEPARTMENT OF THE LEGAL SERVICE OF THE MEGIPR RK HELD A WORKSHOP-MEETING ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TBN 4: "PREVENTION AND ANTI-CORRUPTION"

According to the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the subjects of the quasi-public sector must determine the structural units that perform the functions of anti-corruption Compliance Services, the main task of which is to ensure compliance by the relevant organization and its employees with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption.

In this regard, as well as in order to improve compliance services in the subjects of state organizations, on April 25, 2022, the Department of Legal Services of the MEGiPR RK held a seminar for compliance officers.

The main issue on the agenda was the discussion of the implementation of one of the areas of project management - the Standard Basic Area No. 4 "Prevention and Combating Corruption" (TBN-4).

As a result of the meeting, it was instructed to intensify work on the prevention of corruption and ensure the high-quality implementation of the tasks of TBN-4.
