June 13, 2019 Bayanaul Aviation Division took part in the inspection of institutions and departments responsible for organizing the extinguishing of large forest fires

On June 13, 2019 the Bayanaul Aviation Branch took part in the inspection of the institutions and units of the Bayanaul District responsible for organizing the extinguishing of large forest fires on the territory of the Bayanaul State National Natural Park. During the event, the equipment and readiness of organizations for emergency response (large forest fires) was checked. The following persons took part in the review: Bayanaul emergency department, Bayanaul SNNP, Bayanaul fire station number 28, Bayanaul aviation branch of the State Enterprise "Kazavialesoukhrana", representatives of the rest homes "Kristall", "Fakel", "Berezka" and Toraygyr rural district. The inspection was organized by the Department of Emergency Situations in the Pavlodar region, according to the Plan of engaging forces and means for extinguishing forest fires on the lands of Bayanaul SNNP.

The forces and facilities of the fire brigade and rescue units, other forces and equipment are attracted when a state of emergency is introduced in the region or a corresponding municipal region or when there are a number of forest fires that cannot be extinguished by forest fire formations on their own.

2. departure and following to the place of call (fire);

3. fire reconnaissance;

4. rescue, evacuation of people and property;

5. deployment of forces and equipment;

6. localization and elimination of combustion;

7. performance of special, emergency and rescue and emergency work in emergency response;

8. collection and return to the unit.

It is worth noting that actions to extinguish forest fires are carried out in accordance with fire fighting tactics, requirements of safety and labor protection rules during fire extinguishing, and can be carried out under conditions of high psychological and physical stress, increased risk, and direct danger to life and health of fire fighting participants.
